A MULTI-GENERATIONAL RETREAT FOR WOMEN
Find refreshment, connection, and joy in the Blue Ridge Mountains—without lifting a finger.
Do you know women who have standing annual trips with their girlfriends from college? Maybe you’ve wondered how they manage it—or quietly doubted you ever could.
→ I don’t have time to research and plan.
→ Our schedules never align.
→ I’d get stuck with all the organizing.
→ We’d never agree on a destination.
→ Without knowing the area, it probably wouldn’t turn out like we’d hoped.
So you keep things simple.
Schedules finally align and you go to dinner. Maybe you squeeze in a mid-week walk, but it doesn’t take long for the to-do list to pull you away.
You talk about planning something bigger—spending more time together, maybe even getting away.
Again and again, the conversation ends with, “Let’s make it happen.”
But it never quite does.
So life hums on, and life is full. And for that, you’re grateful.
Yet full doesn’t always mean nourishing.
You pour generously into others—a spouse, children, colleagues, neighbors, committees. Each relationship fulfills in its own way, adding blessings to your life.
Still, there’s something uniquely renewing about time spent with other women, especially when there’s no agenda.
Just conversation. Laughter. Shared experiences that linger.
For a moment, you’d like to step forward and check in with the woman you are, independent of the roles you play or the hats you wear.
Not as an escape from life, or to disrupt the rhythm you’ve built.
But as an intentional pause within it—to refuel body, soul, and spirit—and return to your beautiful normal with clarity and enthusiasm.
Meaningful moments don’t always happen by accident. They usually require someone to choose them.
But what if…
✓ The place were already chosen?
✓ The pace already set?
✓ The women already gathered?
What if you could do that thing you’ve talked about—and all that was required was your yes?
Hi, I’m Stefanie!
Someone who actually enjoys the planning aspect of travel because it builds anticipation for the adventure.
(One thing I’d happily outsource is the packing.)
My parents introduced me to travel when I was young, and I continued choosing travel and life abroad as an adult.
One of the things I love most about travel is this: we create memories powerful enough to make us smile years later. When we travel with friends, those memories live on and forever connect us.
I also find joy in rediscovering places near and dear to me through the eyes of others.
And that’s why I’m excited to extend an invitation to you…
“How can I even put into words the amazement of what four days under Stefanie’s watchful, caring eye felt like! Just like the book Power of Moments describes, Stefanie created so many “moments” for us. I remember saying on our very first evening, “I don’t want this day to end!” And that feeling continued with EVERY moment.”

I created this intimate, boutique retreat with you in mind—the woman who has talked about doing something like this for years but hasn’t had the time, energy, or desire to plan it herself.

Where We’re Going
To the North Georgia Mountains, within a two hours’ drive from the Atlanta airport. We’ll be staying at a boutique inn and spa with panoramic mountain and valley views.
On last year’s retreat, when we pulled up to the boutique mountain lodge, I felt us all exhale from the powerful change in environment.
As we stood among graceful trees, we felt embraced by the hush of the forest. Tepid rays of sun clambered through rustling, autumn leaves and danced upon our smiling cheeks.
We marveled at the dusty blue mountaintops. From one of these peaks, we’d soon bask in a radiant sunrise after an invigorating hike.
Here’s how past retreat guests described the area.
“The environment was absolutely stunning; every view felt like it was hand-picked to calm the mind and open the heart.”
“Before the retreat I felt like I was running on autopilot, juggling so much that I forgot what it felt like to truly slow down. The Blue Ridge Mountains changed that immediately with their calm, beauty, and quiet that made me feel grounded and clear.”
Mornings that start with breakfast bakes and birdsong overlooking the rolling ridge line.
Invigorating hikes to rivers and waterfalls to soak up the nourishment of the forest.
Flowing through yoga surrounded by nature.
Afternoons at the spa, shopping in town, or browsing antiques.
Evenings “wining down” at picturesque vineyards with a backdrop of the setting sun.
A five-course dining extravaganza with wine pairings you won’t soon forget.
Laughter around the fire, and retiring for the night in luxurious comfort.
Bubble baths with mountain views.

This Retreat Is For You If:
➞ You enjoy boutique, thoughtfully curated travel and appreciate experiences that feel personal, comfortable, and intentional.
➞ You value a balanced itinerary: Time outdoors, movement, high-quality food and wine, meaningful conversation, wellness, and space to relax.
➞ You’re craving real connection with other women—the kind that feels easy, warm, and unforced. You miss true girl time.
➞ You’re ready to do something just for yourself, not for your kids, not for your partner, not for work. You’ve spent years prioritizing other people’s needs and schedules, and you look forward to reconnecting with who you are independent of your roles.
➞ You’ve been feeling bored, disconnected, or uninspired, or you sense that life has become routine, even if it’s a life you’re grateful for.
➞ You love the idea of a trip like this, but don’t have the time, energy, or desire to plan it. You’d rather place yourself in the hands of a capable, grounded guide who has thoughtfully handled the details.
If several of these resonate with you, you’re in exactly the right place.
Here’s what other women had to say:
“I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the retreat; I’m not someone who slows down easily, and while I’ve built a great balance between work and family, I rarely take time just for myself. What unfolded was powerful and emotional, filled with revelations about my business, priorities, and even my own story. I’d recommend this retreat to any woman craving real connection, honest conversations, and a reminder of who she is outside of her day-to-day roles.”
“The connection among the women, the conversations, and the peaceful environment allowed me to reflect in ways I hadn’t in years. Stepping away from my usual environment gave me the space to think clearly and realize how little time I allow myself to simply be. It reminded me how powerful it is to be surrounded by women who truly see and uplift each other. I came home feeling emotionally lighter and more focused. ”
Meet Your Guide
Hi, me again!
And I get to be your North Georgia guide.
But I hope you’ll come to think of me as the friend who gets so excited for your visits that she puts together special itineraries just for you.
When I was young, my parents introduced me to travel and foreign languages. We traveled often to see relatives in Spain, and later moved to Germany as a family. Traveling was the perfect outlet for my curiosity and adventurous spirit.
After college, I moved to Washington, D.C., and chose a career that took me overseas again for work. I always hosted plenty of visitors. My friends would tell me how easy I made their trip and how much fun they had seeing my favorite spots without having to plan anything.
The same is true when I go on vacation with others. I build anticipation for the journey through research, plotting on the map, and finding just the right boutique hotel or vacation rental that exudes a true sense of place.
I blend outdoor activities with cultural excursions, gastronomic experiences, and simple do-as-the-locals-do moments for an unforgettable adventure.
Now, I get to share the thrills and delights of travel with you!
If you’re up for it, I’m taking you to the Blue Ridge Mountains to show you my family’s idyllic vineyard and other favorite spots.
But in the future, who knows where we might go!
Are you up for it?
“This retreat exceeded my expectations. It was really the best reset I’ve had in a very long time. So rejuvenating. I loved the fact that everything was planned out so well and we didn’t have to think. We followed and loved the plan. I felt welcomed and included in the group from the beginning, and really loved ALL of the activities.”
“Stefanie facilitated everything so naturally and made it all feel effortless. Every activity served a purpose and flowed beautifully into the next. I never once felt like she was stressed or rushed, and it was clear she was genuinely enjoying the experience right alongside us.”
“Stefanie didn’t miss a beat. Her attention to detail and her ability to balance structure with flow made the entire retreat feel both organized and relaxed. The trip may have only lasted three days, but the memories we made will stay with me forever. I can’t wait to go back — and I’m already dreaming of gathering another group of friends for the next one with Stefanie!”
Frequently Asked Questions
Which airport should I fly into?
1
To take advantage of the included airport greeting and transfer, guests should fly into Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). You’ll receive recommended arrival and departure windows so everyone can travel together with ease. From there, we will drive for approximately 2 hours to our B&B. Other airport options (approx. 2.5 hours’ drive) include Greenville, SC, or Asheville, NC, but you would need to rent a car and meet us at the B&B.
Absolutely—if you’re planning on selecting double occupancy, it’s preferred that you already have a roommate lined up. When registering, simply leave me a note with the first and last name of your desired roommate.
Plus, take advantage of the “Bring a Friend” deal that gets you and your friend $50 off of the retreat price each. And if you each submit your deposit by March 30th, that will bring down the total final cost by $200 per person!
If you have particular sleep preferences, health considerations, or value additional privacy, I recommend selecting a single-occupancy room so you can fully relax in your own space.
2
Can I request a roommate?
What’s the registration process?
3
Complete the form on the registration page and select a time on my calendar for our brief one-on-one intro call. We’ll get to know each other and make sure this retreat feels like a natural fit. You can share your lodging preference, and I can address your questions.
Afterwards, if we decide to move forward, I will send you a link to submit your initial deposit and provide you with the next steps.
How can I be sure I’ll get along with the other women?
4
While there can never be a guarantee you’ll hit it off with everyone in the group, I take great care to gather women who are warm, grounded, and genuinely open to connection.
After you register (before any deposit is taken), we’ll schedule a brief one-on-one conversation so I can get to know you better and the retreat feels like the right fit for everyone involved.
That said, this retreat isn’t designed around constant group interaction. The itinerary includes natural space for quiet moments, reflection, or time alone if that’s what you need.
Most women arrive feeling curious, and leave having formed meaningful connections they didn’t expect. But there’s no pressure to perform socially. You’re always free to participate at the level that feels right for you.
What’s special about North Georgia?
5
Known for its plentiful waterfalls, rolling peaks, and growing wine region, the North Georgia landscape invites you to slow down and exhale. The small, historic towns are full of romantic charm. I live in Florida, so North Georgia is close enough to be easily accessible, yet far enough to feel like a true change of pace and scenery.
My family owns a truly special vineyard and winery there, so I’ve gotten to know the upscale lodging, food, and dining scene in the area. Over the years, I’d bring my girlfriends along with me to visit. Their enthusiasm confirmed that this is a perfect location to spend meaningful girl time.
Retreat payments are collected in two installments. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in this intimate retreat group. Your remaining balance will be due no later than 45 days before the retreat start date, otherwise your spot will be forfeited.
6
Can I pay in installments?
Because this retreat requires advance commitments for lodging, meals, transportation, and experiences, payments are partially refundable in limited situations (see Terms and Conditions on the registration page).
However, if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another woman with prior approval. You may also wait until 45 days before the retreat start date to make your final payment.
Please review the complete cancellation policy on the registration page.
7
Do you offer refunds?
Many retreats require guests to book their own lodging, cover meals separately, and rent cars. This retreat is intentionally different.
Accommodations, meals, transportation, experiences, and guidance throughout is included so you can be fully present without managing details, tracking expenses, or coordinating plans.
What’s more, I limit my retreat groups to 12 women total (including me) to keep the experience intimate and boutique. Think of this retreat as a beautifully balanced girls’ getaway, wrapped in a satin bow.
This isn’t a retreat built around rigid structures. We won’t spend all day on yoga mats, eat only plant-based meals, or disappear into meditative silence. The itinerary and flow is designed to feel balanced.
I’m not a guru promising healing through woo-woo modalities. I’m simply someone who loves gathering down-to-earth women and inviting them into life-giving moments outdoors, savoring lovingly prepared food and wine, diving into meaningful conversation, and engaging in energizing movement.
I believe in temporarily setting phones aside, putting myself in new and uplifting spaces, and prioritizing old-fashioned quality time with other women in nature. Often, that kind of presence and connection is exactly what we’ve been missing.
8
How is this retreat unique?
Is there an age range for this retreat?
9
This is a multi-generational retreat! It’s a beautiful thing when women of different stages of life spend time together.
On my last retreat, our youngest traveler was 30, and our oldest was 70. We all had a blast!
As long as you’re open to making friends of all ages, are in good health, and have a positive attitude, you will fit right in. We’ll do some nature walks (up to 3 flat miles), moderate hiking (1-2 miles with some inclines), and gentle flow yoga, but you’re invited to go at your own pace and opt out of any activity.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
10
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please note your dietary restrictions on the registration form.
What is not included in the retreat price?
11
The cost of your flight to Atlanta (or airport of your choice) is not included in the retreat price. We recommend flying into Atlanta (see FAQ #3); otherwise, you will need to rent a car or secure transportation to the retreat venue at your own expense. Other things not included in the retreat price are: souvenirs, room incidentals (i.e. room service, drinks, laundry services, etc.) at our B&B. Any additional spa services other than the pre-arranged service are also your responsibility to pay. Meals and drinks other than those I arranged for the group are also not included.
If you have additional questions, let’s talk about them during our one-on-one conversation! You’ll also have the opportunity to ask other questions during the pre-retreat group call.
My Commitment to You
This is an offering created with intention and respect for your time and investment.
I’m traveling with you, so you can trust I’ve created an experience I stand behind—one that brings me joy to participate in with you!
I have a family connection to the area and have cultivated trusted relationships with local business owners who pour their heart into their work and will treat you like a VIP.
Every detail of this retreat has been chosen with careful consideration, based on personal experience and with vetted partners.
I’m here to help you make cherished memories, and I take that responsibility seriously.
One last thing…
If meaningful girl-time feels long overdue, I’d love to help you prioritize it by taking you to this place that’s near and dear to my heart.
Traveling is overwhelming to some, but to me it’s second-nature.
Know you’re in good hands, and if you choose to join me, I’d be honored!
